Are you the secret ingredient we’re looking for? We are Join Program, a scale-up that aims to be the most healthy, inclusive and sustainable solution for workplace catering. We love food, health and tech. Program is part of the Vermaat family.

If you Join Program, you’ll become part of a team of enthousiast, fun and ambitious colleagues. You are the sparring partner for Human Relations. In addition to your work for Program, you are responsible for the takeovers and start-ups of new locations within Vermaat. Within every takeover you are able to immerse the employees in the Vermaat culture, to land softly and to bind everyone.

Your Job

So on the one hand, you are responsible as Business Partner for Program. On the other hand you are the one within HR who is involved in the takeovers and transitions of locations. We explain what this means:

Join Program

Program has been part of Vermaat since the end of 2021. We are a scale-up with an interesting growth ambition and an amazing vision. And you will be closely involved.

  • You help to enforce & maintain the unique company culture, for example by rolling out a super cool onboarding process or thinking along with a tailor-made recruitment campaign.

 

  • You advise on HR issues and are the point of contact for first-line questions. You like people dynamics and you can easily maneuver through all layers of the organization.

Takeover and transition

Within Vermaat we are continuously looking for new locations where we’ll make people happy with our food. For these new locations, you are a sparring partner, advisor and point of contact in the field of HR. Your added value starts well before the takeover takes place. With the perfect people-pitch and a transition plan, you can join sales meetings and give solicited and unsolicited advice. You proactively position yourself within the organization as the specialist. You understand the hospitality business like no other and based on that insight you can make the HR translation into a fully appropriate pre- and onboarding of new colleagues.

With your enthusiasm, communication skills, lovable appearance and organizational sensitivity, you are able to connect with every layer of the organization. It gives you energy to contribute to the success of a takeover and you’ll be proudly handing over the location to the HR business partner of that Business Unit.

Your ingredients

  • You have completed a HBO education in the area of HR or comparable.
  • At least 2 years of work experience in a position as HR Business Partner.
  • Worked in a Tech environment? That’s a plus.
  • You have experience in working on projects.
  • Knowledge of the application of laws and regulations? +1 for you!
  • Because you are result-driven and have a good dose of persuasiveness, you easily fit in an enterprising organization.
  • You have a proactive attitude, are creative and are able to work independently.
  • Passion for food and beverages? Great!
