The challenge
Launching as their own company came with one rare advantage: the chance to shape the office exactly the way they wanted. And Magnum doesn’t do average, not in ice cream, not in lunch. So they went looking for a caterer who could uphold that standard every single day.
The approach
An international workforce needs more than one good option. So we brought in our fresh, restaurant-style menu: hot meals, a salad bar built around our chef’s salad, and a sandwich bar right beside it. At the entrance, the Beyond Bar: our special coffee bar where our baristas make everyone’s usual or special order from the moment they walk in.
