We knew there had to be a better way. So, we launched Join Program with a big idea: let’s create meals that not only fuel people but bring them together, spark creativity, and make sustainability second nature. Quite the revolutionary take on catering, so we called it Uncatering—a fresh, thoughtful, delicious approach to feeding workplaces.

Our vision? We’re born to shake up the food system for the good. We believe better food leads to better lives—and a better planet. By rewriting the rules of corporate catering, we’re raising awareness, making sustainability the norm, and giving people easy access to meals that nourish, inspire, and delight. And in the end, it all comes down to one thing: crazy good food.

At first, we kept our heads down, focused on getting it right. We experimented, listened to feedback, and worked with some amazing clients who shared our vision. Fast forward three years, and we’re now serving over 25 international companies, tailoring our food to their unique cultures and goals. Turns out, people love eating smarter, greener, and tastier.
