This is Glory Kabé
If there’s one thing that defines Glory Kabé, it’s intention. Not just in what she cooks, but in why she cooks. An Afro-Vegan chef and culinary creator, Glory brings the flavors of the African diaspora to life through plant-based dishes that feel soulful, vibrant, and deeply personal. Raised in Paris and rooted in Congolese heritage, she has a journey that extends far beyond one kitchen. From Salvador, Bahia, where she recognized echoes of her mother’s cooking, to dinners and pop-ups around the world, Glory’s cuisine is shaped by memory, travel, and cultural connection. Her philosophy is simple: food is a love language. A way to share stories, honor roots, and create warmth around the table. With every dish, Glory proves that plant-based comfort food can be bold, expressive, and full of fire.

Fueled by heritage and creative fire
Winter slows the world down, but it shouldn’t drain the energy from our days. This season, we’re bringing a different kind of warmth to the table. One fueled by culture, intention, and the stories that give food its fire.

Meet Glory Kabé. An Afro-Vegan chef whose cooking blends heritage with creativity. Raised in Paris and rooted in Congolese tradition, Glory cooks with the flavors of African cuisine and the memories of every place she’s called home.
Her approach is simple, but not simplistic: food is a language of love and connection.
The way she combines ingredients is intentional. The way she talks about food is emotional. And the way she shares her meals is generous.

You take like a little piece of your heart, and you put it in somebody’s stomach.
This is Fire Within. A celebration of the energy, creativity, and cultural stories that warm us through the coldest days. It’s also what sparked our collaboration with Glory, inviting our Food Curators to rethink comfort food through her lens and bring that warmth straight to your lunch table.
With Glory Kabé, we’re celebrating the fire that lives within each story, each ingredient, and each person who creates food that matters. This winter, that fire becomes something you can taste.

Cooking as a love language
The workshop with Glory was a moment of discovery and reflection. From the very first conversation, the room transformed into a space of openness.

Pien discovered new ways to think about plant-based food – warmer, richer, and deeply rooted in culture.

“Glory brought a special kind of energy, and I really appreciated the feeling of being truly seen. Taking the time for each other and diving deeper into important topics is such a valuable complement to our day-to-day work.”
Tess walked away with more than inspiration – she left with emotional resonance.

From our kitchen to your office lunch table
The collaboration didn’t end in the workshop. It continued in our kitchen, where our Food Curators translated those inspirations into dishes featured on the winter menu. Each plate is a blend of Glory’s heritage and our team’s craft – made to connect, comfort, and energize your lunchtime at work.
