SoftwareOne wanted their workplace to reflect their people-first culture. But the existing lunch setup felt transactional: pre-made buffet food, long queues, and little excitement. Lunch solved hunger, but it didn’t create energy, connection, or experience.

The approach
Instead of traditional catering, we introduced a fresh, restaurant-style lunch experience. Freshly prepared dishes, plated service, and diverse menu options replaced buffet lines.
The program was tailored to SoftwareOne’s culture: fast service, strong variety, and proactive collaboration with the workplace team. Beyond lunch, Join Program expanded into banqueting, events, and hospitality support, creating one consistent food experience across the workplace.
