We saw an opportunity to shake things up in the world of workplace food. The way we work was evolving, but office catering? It was stuck in the past with lackluster sandwiches and uninspired buffets that didn’t match the energy of today’s companies. We asked ourselves: Why does workplace food have to be so… boring?
Our Mission: Make work the best place to eat
We knew there had to be a better way. So, we launched Join Program with a big idea: let’s create delicious restaurant-quality meals that fuel people and bring them together, spark creativity, and make sustainability second nature.

Emma de Thouars
Her love for food began with a simple obsession: rice. As a child, her family affectionately called her the rice monster because she just couldn’t stop eating it. That early devotion laid the foundation for a lifelong journey through Asian cuisine.

Trained in classic French cuisine, he later returned to his roots—celebrating the bold, soulful flavors of Surinamese-Hindu cuisine. His mantra? Cook with soul, serve with love.
